Description

Venture yourself at crafting pierogi, the most popular Polish dish. Super tasty and fun to make, Polish dumplings might become your favorite comfort food by the end of the class. 

We’ll begin the pierogi cooking class with a short introduction about the origins of pierogi and its place in Polish culinary.

After the introduction, we will learn to prepare pierogi with meat and vegetarian fillings. You will get to know how to knead the dough, properly roll it out, and learn various techniques of folding the dumplings and tricks that will make them really tasty. 

The best part comes at the end: you get to eat what you’ve prepared, so please, come hungry! 

It also includes a tasting of Polish liqueurs or any other 1 drink available in the class!
