Food’n Road is committed to assigning credits to the copyright holder in the caption of all images from Stock Photos used by the Food’n Road website. For media not from Stock Photos, the source and authorship of the material are mentioned on the corresponding page.

You can contact us, subscribe to the newsletter or download our resources directly through the contact forms available on our website. In order to be able to identify and process the request in a proper way, we ask you to fill out the forms with information such as your name, email, company, and other information depending on the request. We collect and use the information provided by you solely for the processing of your specific request.


When you subscribe to a newsletter, the email address inserted by the user will be forwarded to the email subscription service provider used by Food’n Road. The subscriber will be able to update/remove your data through the links provided in the newsletter, or request removal via email. When you request removal via email, you must send it through the email address used to subscribe to the newsletter.

Analytics Providers and Affiliate Networks

Food’n Road uses data from third-party services to improve the use of our website, marketing, customer relationships and experiences.

As for Analytics providers, we may receive data from Google and Facebook to collect website visitors’ behavior patterns.

With whom we share your data

Booking Policy

We, Food’n Road, do not directly provide any of the Experiences or Accommodation to you, we act as an agent on behalf of the Suppliers and as an intermediary between you and the Supplier. As a result, the Supplier is ultimately responsible for supplying the Experience or Accommodation to you.

When you successfully make a booking via the Platform for Experience or Accommodation, the legally binding relationship is between you and the relevant Supplier.

Amendments, cancellations and refunds

In all cases, once a booking is confirmed you are subject to the cancellation policy set by the Supplier. Amendments and cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the Supplier Terms.

Please make sure to read the Supplier Cancellation Policy during the booking process, your booking confirmation will also include details on the cancellation policy.

Our liability

Your rights in relation to the Experience are as set by the Supplier Term. As an agent, we accept no liability for the actual provision of the Experience or Accommodation. Our responsibilities and liability to you is limited to making the booking for the Experience or Accommodation with the Supplier in accordance with your instructions. In addition to this, as a gesture of goodwill, we will act as an intermediary between you and the Supplier through our customer support centre when you have any questions, changes or issues but you accept that we cannot guarantee, be responsible for or be liable for the Experience or Accommodation that you have booked with the Supplier.

We will liaise between you and the Supplier in order to try to resolve any issues and/or complaints with a booking however, as mentioned throughout these terms, we do this as a gesture of goodwill. We do not have any liability to you for refunds or compensation.
