Lovely well kept hotel in the middle of a lovely village.
Lovely well kept hotel in the middle of a lovely village. Has all the amenities you could want. Opposite a restaurant and a short walk to the village square and castle. Bonus was a lovely garden, patio and swimming pool area. Staff were always available and helpful. There is not too much to do in the village unless you want to laze by the pool all day. Unfortunately the castle was closed when we were there. The only parking was on the street but there always seemed to be a space.StephanieNew Zealand - 8.0Scored 8.0

Unfortunately we arrived on a Portuguese holiday every restaurant in the town was closed so we we had to travel a distance to get a meal . The town has a camera and a tourist centre surely someone should get people together and arrange to keep at least one eatery open for travelling tourists . A poor show for the town
