In this online cooking class, Chef Jacopo will teach you how to make the authentic risotto recipe with a modern twist. The risotto will be cooked with red wine, smoked scamorza and radicchio (red chicory). The plate will be blended together with an Italian seasoning of homemade Parmesan cream.
This experience will not only invite Italy along with an Italian cook to your home, but it will also allow you to immerse yourself in the Italian tradition. His curriculum counts with establishments such as the Four Seasons hotel in Milan, the Adlon Kempinski hotel in Berlin, the “Il Carpaccio” 1-star Michelin restaurant at Le Royal Monceau hotel and the “Pierre Gagnere” 3-star Michelin restaurant at Balzac hotel in Paris, and the “the Ned” at the Soho House hotel in London to name a few.
His passion for gastronomy and travel led him to live in different places across Italy and the world.
